Why must I register before I can post?
Answer :
Registration is required by the software. It is used to send your initial login password and enables some of the features like Personal Messages to work.

Is my e-mail or true identity made visible to other members also am I added to outside mailing lists?
Answer :
Both your e-mail address and identity are kept private. No you will not be added to any other mailing lists. The e-mail database is mainly for sending you your initial account password and to help enable some of the advanced features to work properly.

Question :
Who has access to the e-mail address database and why?
Answer :
Only the Forum Administrator which is me KG Cole, and frankly as long as the members abide by the forum rules. I truly do not care who they are. But the Administrator must be able to access the e-mail dtabase to help with acount setup problems. This forum was setup for its members to have fun and I do have time to babysit the members who post here. So for the record the e-mail database will be used for 3 specific purposes.

1. For sending you your initial account setup password.
2. For help and support pertaining to account setup and account problems.
3. To ban any user who does not comply with the message forum rules.

Now Here Is How To Setup Your Account

1. Pick a username between 3 and 15 characters
2. Press the Register Button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Read the Agreement and select the I Agree box then press Submit Button.
4. Enter your chosen username and a valid e-mail address confirm the address.
5. Enter the account setup code at the bottom of the screen and press the Submit Button.
6. You will have five minutes to fill in the registration form and submit it.
7. You will be sent a login password by e-mail to the address you entered on the form.
8. Enter your chosen username and the login password you recieve to log on to the forum.

Thats It You Are Then A Member.

A Brief Explanation of The Buttons In The Message Forum

Profile - Lets you edit certain things about your account profile. Like changing your password.
If you change your password the new password has to be between 6 and 15 characters.

PM - Lets you send a personal message to another member in the forum.

Reply - Lets you post a message to the current topic you are reading.

New Topic - Lets you create a new topic for discussion.

New Poll - Lets you create a topic in which other members can vote on a given subject.

Quote - Lets you enter a specific location or website which shows where you got specific information.

Search - Lets you search the forum for a specific post.

Preview - Lets you preview your message before you post it.

Post - Posts your reply or new topic to the message forum.
